This is a full size 500K Ohm Logarithmic (audio taper 500K) potentiometer with a split / splined shaft suitable for use for Les Paul guitars and for other guitars with humbucker dual coil pickups designed to be mounted in a routed wooden guitar body cavity.

This pot has a 24mm body and a long shaft (18mm total including thread, threaded part is 10mm in length, allowing a mounting plate thickness of approx 8mm maximum. The splined split shaft will accept any standard guitar knob such as those on our Guitar Parts page.

 Please note that this pot is not suitable for mounting on plastic or metal plates such as in a Strat, as these require a shorter mounting shaft. Please see our 250K and 500K short shaft pots for suitable potentiometers.
