This is a full size 250K Ohm Logarithmic (audio taper A250K) potentiometer with a split / splined shaft suitable for use for guitars with single coil pickups, designed to be mounted in a routed wooden guitar body cavity.

This pot has a 24mm body and a long shaft (18mm total including thread, threaded part is 10mm in length, allowing a mounting wood thickness of approx 8mm maximum. The splined split shaft will accept any standard guitar knob such as those on our Guitar Parts page.

 Please note that this pot is not normally used with humbucker pickups as it tends to load these high impedance pickups excessively, reducing output and possibly high end tonal response. Please see our 500K long shaft pots for suitable potentiometers.
